13th Hour Reviews

The place looked like it would be decent from the outside/photos, but once I got inside it felt like a total bait and switch. There was dust around, the floors were sticky, and overall it just didn’t feel clean or well taken care of. Disappointing

I went in hoping it would be worth the money, but give me a break. For what they charged, the whole thing felt way too underwhelming. I left feeling like I paid a lot for very little.

I went to the seasonal event expecting a lot more, especially from 13th Hour, but it felt rushed and thrown together. The lines were unorganized, the actors seemed tired, and a lot of the sets looked like they weren’t fully finished. For the price, it really wasn’t scary or worth it. What made it more frustrating was that when we asked about the confusion with the lines, the staff kind of talked to us like we just didn’t understand how it worked, which felt condescending. Overall, it was a letdown.

This should’ve been a simple night out, but it ended up feeling like they made the whole thing harder to enjoy than it needed to be. The haunt was over so fast that we barely had time to get into it, and for the price, I expected a lot more. It felt rushed and just didn’t seem worth what we paid.

the site just didn’t give me a secure feeling. a few pages looked kind of weird, and i didn’t feel comfortable entering my personal details. i ended up leaving before finishing because i wasn’t sure how my info was going to be handled.

The set design was such a letdown. It felt like they barely tried, with fake-looking walls everywhere and nothing that actually made the place feel scary. Whoever was in charge of the sets really dropped the ball

I don’t know if it was just bad timing or I went on an off night, but the actors really weren’t scary at all. Most of them just yelled in my face, and a few broke character often, which kind of killed the whole vibe. For the price, it felt a little lazy and disappointing.

I tried to book online and, for whatever reason, the site just wouldn’t let me finish the reservation. Always a fun experience when the one thing a booking system is supposed to do is apparently too much to ask. Super annoying

I really wanted to get into this, but the story just felt flat to me. I couldn’t get immersed, and after a while it felt a bit unfair to expect the audience to care when the characters and plot weren’t given enough depth.

We went with a group and, none of us felt like it was worth what we paid. Everything seemed really rushed and a bit all over the place, so half the time we were just trying to figure out what was even happening.

When we asked questions, the staff didn’t seem very interested, and a couple of responses made us feel like we were being talked down to rather than helped. Maybe it was just an off night, but we left disappointed and wouldn’t book again...

I brought my younger teen thinking it would be okay, but it ended up feeling way too intense and creepy for their age. I really wish the website had been more upfront about what to expect. If they don’t make that clearer, we’ll probably just go somewhere else next time...

It was just too crowded to have a good time. The lines were all over the place, and it felt like the staff had kind of given up on managing the crowd. I get that busy days happen, but after a while it was just exhausting dealing with the chaos.

We went to the 13th Hour event and, the parking was a mess. There weren’t really clear signs, the nearby lots were full, and we ended up circling around for about 25 minutes before finding a spot far away. It made us late and put us in a bad mood before we even got inside. The event itself was fine once we finally settled in, so I guess it worked out, but for what you pay, they really need to make the parking situation easier

I usually like puzzles where I can look for patterns and slowly piece together the logic, but this one got way too hard for me really fast. I kept trying to spot some kind of rhythm or clue in how the puzzles were set up, but I just ended up stuck and frustrated. After a while it stopped being fun, so I gave up quickly...

I wouldn’t recommend them if you think you’ll need any kind of support. The customer service was slow, and most of the replies felt like generic copy-and-paste responses. I ended up asking the same question multiple times and still never got a clear answer. Compared to other companies I’ve used, where support actually reads the issue and gives a real response, this was frustrating.

I went in expecting actual scares, but it was pathetic. The actors barely even tried, and when they did, it felt more like a bunch of awkward jump-outs than anything scary. I spent most of the time annoyed instead of scared. Definitely not worth the money...

We tried this escape room last weekend and it just felt kind of worn out. A few of the clues didnt really make sense, one of the locks was hard to use, and the hints from staff came later than we needed. It wasnt terrible, but for the price, I dont think it was worth it for us

Just getting there was a whole thing. The place wasn’t super easy to find, and parking was bad when we went, like circling around way longer than expected.
If you’re not driving, it’s prob even more annoying. There isn’t much nearby and rideshare took forever for us. Maybe it’s nice once you’re inside, idk, but the hassle getting there kinda ruined it

I was expecting something way scarier, but the effects barely did anything for me?! they just felt kind of weak and not very convincing.
